Ad Banner Specs

• For all flash files (.swf), please contact the traffic team five days in advance so that a click tracker can be generated and embedded in the flash file before implementation.
• In addition, please provide a .gif file as a backup for all flash creatives. Please ensure that all flash files contain the following click properties: target= "_blank"
• For all pop-unders, maximum frequency of one per day, per user.
• For all top layer technology (supersticials, eyeblasters, pop-ups, pop-unders etc.), a "Close" button or equivalent is mandatory.

Delivery Instructions

• Creatives should be submitted to EquiSearch.com as a mail attachment sent to creative@equine.com.
• If you would like EquiSearch.com to pick up the creative from your website, please send specific instructions and the website address to creative@equine.com.
• Creatives must be sent a minimum of three business days prior to ad campaign start date. Changes and revisions once the ad campaign has begun require two business days notice.

For each creative submitted, please include the following information in your email. This information, plus the creative, is required in full before any ad campaign can commence.

• Name of advertiser
• Name of agency (if applicable)
• Name of ad campaign
• Creative file name
  - Please use your standard 8.3 naming convention for your file. For example: equiclk.gif
• Ad campaign run start date
• Ad campaign run stop date
• Any specific placement or targeting instructions
• Alternative text
  - The alternative text will appear in place of the banner advertisement on text-only browsers. For example, "Visit EquiSearch.com, the most in-depth website in the industry for horse information!" (Limit of 255 characters.)
• Click-through URL
  - This is the website where the user will be redirected once he or she clicks on your ad. For example: http://www.yoursite.com
