Across the country at Belmont Park in NY, Carolyn Conley and former NY-based riding standout Richard Migliore will be there for annual "Preview Day," which boasts five Grade 1 fixtures -- the Joe Hirsch Turf Classic, the Jockey Club Gold Cup, the Flower Bowl, the Beldame, and the Vosburgh.

The 17th running of the Grade 2, $500,000 Indiana Derby, from Hoosier Park, headlines the richest day in the Indiana Thoroughbred racing season, with total purses exceeding $1 million. HRTV's Peter Lurie will be stationed at Hoosier to report on an outstanding card, which includes six stake races.

The Preakness Stakes is the most recognizable day in Maryland's racing schedule, but Jim McKay Maryland Million Day possesses a key place in the hearts of folks from the state. Named after the longtime sports TV personality, and staunch supporter of racing in Maryland, the 26th annual event hosts multiple stakes races featuring Maryland-bred horses.

Caton Bredar and Dick Jerardi will be on-track at Laurel for HRTV to cover all the action.
