1. Introduction: Source Interlink Magazines, LLC (d/b/a EquiSearch.com, Horse & Rider magazine) (“Sponsor”) is offering the “The Ultimate RideTM” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility: Entrant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of Wednesday, July 15, 2009, and a resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Sponsor, the Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents, as well as of Wrangler, a division of VF Jeanswear Limited Partnership, and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employee, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible. Internet access & valid email address required.

3. Timing: This Sweepstakes will have thirteen (13) drawings, with one (1) per week for twelve (12) weeks (“Weekly Period”) and one (1) overall grand-prize drawing.

4. How to Enter: Visit http://www.horseandrider.com/UltimateRide and enter the Ultimate Ride Sweepstakes by (a) completing the official entry form; (b) and, if you like, uploading a video or photograph of you trail riding and submit your entry as directed. Uploading a video or photo is OPTIONAL and is NOT required for Sweepstakes entry nor will your decision whether or not to upload a video or photo affect your odds of winning a prize in the Sweepstakes. The uploaded photograph or video may not contain any trademark or logo or entry may be disqualified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any entry that contains lewd material or that may be deemed offensive to Sponsor or third parties may be disqualified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Contestants may enter as often they want during the Period of the Sweepstakes. Non-winning entries from each Weekly Period will automatically be entered into each subsequent week’s drawing and will be retained for the Overall Prize drawing.

5. SUBMITTED PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEO: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant warrants and represents that: (a) the submitted photograph or video is unpublished, truthful in all respects, original, does not violate any law or regulation and does not infringe or violate any third party rights, including but not limited to the rights of copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity; (b) watermarks, signatures and copyright notices have NOT been added to the submitted photograph; and (c) submitted photograph and/or essay do not contain nudity, sexually explicit content or violent or offensive material.

6. Drawing: This Sweepstakes will have thirteen (13) drawings and thirteen (13) winners. Entrants selected as potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The first drawing will be conducted on or about July 24, 2009. The second drawing will be conducted on or about July 31, 2009. The third drawing will be conducted on or about August 7, 2009. The fourth drawing will be conducted on or about August 14, 2009. The fifth drawing will be conducted on or about August 21, 2009. The sixth drawing will be conducted on or about August 28, 2009. The seventh drawing will be conducted on or about September 4, 2009. The eighth drawing will be conducted on or about September 11, 2009. The ninth drawing will be conducted on or about September 18, 2009. The tenth drawing will be conducted on or about September 25, 2009. The eleventh drawing will be conducted on or about October 2, 2009. The twelfth drawing will be conducted on or about October 9, 2009. The overall drawing will be conducted on or about October 9, 2009. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize in a Weekly Sweepstakes drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that week and all preceding weeks of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Overall Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Those initially selected as potential winners will be notified by email or phone on or about the dates of the drawings. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

7. Prizes: Each Sweepstakes Weekly Period winner will receive one (1) gift certificate good for one (1) pair of the Ultimate Riding Jean by Wrangler (ARV: $50). Gift certificate is subject to terms and conditions of use as stated thereon. The Sweepstakes overall grand-prize winner will receive a four-day, three-night vacation for winner and one (1) guest at Leatherwood Mountains, Blue Ridge Mountain Resort in Ferguson, North Carolina and a $250 cash card. Vacation includes accommodation, meals, use of horses and tack. Vacation MUST be used the weekend of November 21, 2009, or winner forfeits prize with an alternate winner being selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Winner and guest must consent to be filmed on location by “Best of America by Horseback” and RFD-TV (ARV: $2750). All additional expenses incurred by the winner not itemized above including travel expenses to the resort, incidentals, personal expenses, gratuities, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $3,400. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated prizes and none will be replaced. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. 8. Other Terms and Conditions: Potential winner and any guest who will share in the prize may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within seven (7) days of notification, failing which the potential winner will be disqualified, with an alternate potential winner being selected. Guest of Grand Prize winner (if guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign and return a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is a minor, he/she may only accompany his/her parent or legal guardian on trip; parent/legal guardian must be the Grand Prize winner. If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected in the original potential winner's place. By accepting prize(s), the winner agrees that the Sponsor, those acting under the Sponsor’s authority, and Wrangler, a division of VF Jeanswear Limited Partnership may use winners' names, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES THAT THE SPONSOR, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, WRANGLER, A DIVISION OF VF JEANSWEAR LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/CHOICE OF LAW. By participating, entrants agree that: (i) any claim, dispute or cause of action regarding the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought individually (NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION) in the federal or state courts of New York; (ii) they consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of such courts as the exclusive tribunal for adjudication of any such claim/dispute/cause of action; (iii) their recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs involved in participating in the Sweepstakes (if any) and they expressly waive their right to all other forms of recovery, including by way of example only, punitive, consequential, indirect, incidental, special and exemplary damages as well as attorneys’ fees for bringing such claim/dispute/cause of action; and (iv) the court shall apply the law of the State of New York in adjudicating any such claim/dispute/cause of action, except for the choice of law/conflict of law rules of New York (or of any other jurisdiction which would result in the application of the law of any jurisdiction other than New York).

9. Miscellaneous: All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor will implement the Sweepstakes and make prizes available in a manner that, in the sole discretion of Sponsor is fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted at website. Sponsor and Wrangler, a division of VF Jeanswear Limited Partnership, assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor and Wrangler, a division of VF Jeanswear Limited Partnership are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Wrangler, a division of VF Jeanswear Limited Partnership, are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Use of Information: The collection and use of entrant information will be governed by Sponsor’s online privacy policy, available for viewing at http://privacy.sourceinterlinkmedia.com.

11. Winners’ List: The winners’ names will be available at www.EquiSearch.com after November 15, 2009, or by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to The Ultimate Ride Sweepstakes, Equine Network, 6375 Flank Dr., Harrisburg, PA 17112.

Wrangler, a division of VF Jeanswear Limited Partnership, has not sponsored or offered this Sweepstakes in any way. The liability of Wrangler, a division of VF Jeanswear Limited Partnership, is limited to the provision of twelve (12) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes; in all other respects, Wrangler, a division of VF Jeanswear Limited Partnership will not have any liability or obligation relative to the Sweepstakes.
