Handy Eventing Equipment Packing List

Eventer Louise Meryman shares the equipment packing list she's developed during her 30 years of competing--and makes it available for you to download.

I live by my checklist! Even after 30 years of eventing, I know I'd forget something if I didn't use it. There's a box next to each item on the list that I check off--literally--every time I pack. It's a long list, including many extra items, such as bits, reins and spurs. But over the years, I've learned to pack leaner and leaner. You want to be prepared (bring that rain gear!) but don't stuff your trailer with loads of extra equipment. Try to bring just what you need and nothing more.

Here's a copy of the list I've developed over the years for you to download. Add or delete items as you streamline your system.
