WEG: Mary Lutz — Endurance Team Leader

Mary Lutz has a diverse administrative background with the United States Equestrian Team. She currently serves as Director of Endurance Activities but started with the USET in 1994 as the Assistant Director of Dressage. In 1999, Lutz took over the position of Director of Driving Activities and served as team leader for the 1999 World Pairs Championships in Kecskemet, Hungary, in which the U.S. placed fifth.

Lutz also serves as the USET liaison with Paralympic Riders and the National Disabled Sports Alliance (NDSA). In 2001, she served as Chef D?Equipe for the team that represented the United States in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, at the Pacific Riding for the Disabled International Championships.

A pleasure rider, she has also taught therapeutic riding and was a trail guide in Quebec, Canada, for several years.
