The biggest money day in horse show history came on Sept. 11 at HITS Saugerties, N.Y., where Andre Thieme of Germany took the Pfizer Animal Health $1 million grand prix with Aragon Rouet, while Samantha Schaefer became the first person to win the new $500,000 Diamond Mills Hunter Prix on Mahalo.
