The National Horse Show, which had wandered since leaving Madison Square Garden after the 2001 edition, found a home at the Kentucky Horse Park. The downside was that its split from the Syracuse Sporthorse Tournament led to the cancellation of that show. But the National looked like it had legs as it got a title sponsor, Alltech. Did you think you’d heard the last of Alltech after the 2010 World Equestrian Games? Guess again. Alltech has quickly become one of the biggest sponsors in the game, and is backing the 2014 WEG in Normandy, France as well.
