Rick Swan Joins Horse & Rider Magazine

Rick Swan joins Horse & Rider magazine as associate publisher.

January 23, 2009 — The Equine Network, a publishing group of Source Interlink Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SORC), welcomes Rick Swan as associate publisher of Horse & Rider magazine. As associate publisher, Rick will lead the advertising sales efforts for Horse & Rider as well as handling accounts in the barn, trailer and Western apparel categories.

Swan comes to Horse & Rider with extensive knowledge and experience in the Western horse world. In addition to more than 18 years with equine publications, including recent positions with Western Horseman and Equestrian Retailer, Swan is a seasoned horseman, reining competitor and owner of an American Quarter Horse, anAmerican Paint Horse and a Morgan. Swan received his MBA from the University of Colorado.
