Voting in the Equine Network's Medals for the Rest of Us contest has begun and will continue through August 29, 2012.

August 22, 2012--Although the competition in London has come to a close, everyday horse people are still vying for glory as voting begins in the Equine Network's "Medals for the Rest of Us" contest, sponsored by ZIMECTERIN? Gold, Purina Mills? and USRider?.? To view the entries and to vote, go to http://olympics.equisearch.com/.

Medalist hopefuls entered in three events: World-Class Mucking, sponsored by ZIMECTERIN? Gold; Heavyweight Stretching, sponsored by Purina Mills?; or Freestyle Trailer Parking, sponsored by USRider?. Voting will determine the top three entries in each event, and then a panel of judges will face the tough decision of selecting the gold, silver and bronze medalists.
