Horses are notoriously hard on their winter-wear blankets. Here's what you need on hand to make quick fixes in a pinch:
A lighter: Use a standard lighter to melt frays and prevent small snags from turning into huge holes in blankets made of synthetic materials. Just make sure your horse isn't still in the blanket when you start the repair.
