Katharine Wick

Wick has risen quickly through the Vaulting High Performance ranks, finishing the 2009 competition season in third place. She placed fourth at the USEF/AVA National Championships, and was the Region II Reserve Champion in 2009. Though much younger and with fewer championship titles than the other top competitors, Wick is a strong, seasoned, and proven competitor.

Vaulting about four days a week, training for both individual and team competition, Katharine throws in some gymnastics and dance, for a total of more than 14 hours a week. In addition, she plays varsity soccer for her high school.

Caught on video juggling while standing at the canter, her performance impressed as one of the top jugglers in the world. She also has the placings to make her one of the up and coming vaulters who will be pushing the limit to reach a spot on the U.S. WEG team.
