USDF Announces 2009 Intercollegiate/Interscholastic Senior Athletic Achievement Award Winner

Megan Howe is named the 2009 USDF Intercollegiate/Interscholastic Membership Organization Senior Athletic Achievement Award winner for her dedication to academics and extracurricular equestrian activities.

October 2, 2009 — The U.S. Dressage Federation (USDF) announces that Megan Howe, Post University, is the recipient of the 2009 USDF Intercollegiate/Interscholastic Membership Organization (IMO) Senior Athletic Achievement Award. Howe graduated with a cumulative GPA of 3.89 and won this award based on her ability to balance academics with participation in extracurricular equestrian activities.

To be eligible for the IMO Senior Athletic Achievement Award, Intercollegiate/interscholastic members (IMs) must have earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5, and must have been a member of their IMO for at least one year, including their senior year. Students must submit an application form and a copy of their official transcripts. All students who fulfill the criteria receive a certificate from USDF and recognition in the collectible yearbook edition of USDF Connection.
